Sigma-Aldrich Lecture Bottle Stations Print E-mail

Dispensing lecture-bottle gases has never been safer or simpler using these portable lecture-bottle stations.  The premium quality components housed within a station are matched to the application, fully assembled, leak-tested, and ready for use.  Just connect the station to the lecture-bottle, process, and a source of inert gas if using a station with a purge valve and you are ready to go.

Non-Corrosive Lecture-Bottle Station

For Inert and non-corrosive gas applications

Z562599-1EA

High-Purity Lecture-Bottle Station

For non-corrosive, high-purity gas applications

Z562602-1EA

Lecture-Bottle Station with T-Purge Valve

For mildly-corrosive and high-purity gas applications

Z562610-1EA

Purge valve sits between the lecture-bottle and regulator to purge system with inert gas to remove air, moisture, and process gas to maintain high-purity conditions and to minimize gas hydrolysis and corrosion damage to equipment.  Purge system with dry, inert gas before introducing mildly corrosive gases and again immediately after use.

Corrosive Lecture-Bottle Station with Cross-Purge Valve

For strong, acid-forming gas applications

Z562629-1EA

For use with hydrogen chloride, hydrogen, bromide, hydrogen fluoride, and silicon tetrafluoride.  Cross-purge valve sits between the lecture-bottle and regulator to prevent escape of toxic and flammable gases when changing cylinders and permits purging system with inert gas to remove air, moisture, and process gas to minimize gas hydrolysis and corrosion damage to equipment.  Purge system with dry, inert gas before introducing corrosive gases and again immediately after use.

Lecture-Bottle Service Station

Z562637-1EA

This station provides storage capacity for three additional lecture-bottles, tools, and supplies for use with Sigma-Aldrich Lecture-Bottle Stations.  Table top or wall-mountable.  Hinged cover over storage space keeps supplies clean and secure.
